Shipping

Currently, we are only shipping orders to the continental United States. For shipping to Alaska, please email doleadmin@dole-plantation.com for shipping rates. All orders will be shipped via UPS 2-day air to a valid street address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our Internet site utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only apply to residents of Hawaii.

 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and JCB.

 

How much will my shipping charges be?

All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS 2-day air. Due to increased security measures for international shipping, Dole Plantation is temporarily shipping to the U.S. Mainland only. Thank you for your understanding. We welcome you to visit our store on your next trip to Hawaii!

 

What if I need to return my order?

You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving the item. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. Refunds will be credited to the credit card account used to make the intial purchase. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.

 

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?

If an item you desire if out of stock, please check back with our website at a later date or contact us via email sales@dole-plantation.com

 

What is your policy on Privacy?

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by sending an e-mail message to the address below. Also, we may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

 

How do I track my order?

Go to the "Your Account" page and you will receive details about any outstanding or back orders, and their status.

 

How long will shipping take?

All products that we have in stock will be processed within 5 business days of submitting your order.  All orders are then shipped via UPS 2-day air.
